Set up Anti-Spam in Exchange 2007 when using a Mail Hosting Company or Hosted Mail Security

The new "Sender Reputation" feature of Exchange 2007's Edge and Hub Transport server roles run a number of tests against external SMTP servers that send email to Exchange. If you are using a mail hosting company including hosted anti-spam, all email will appear to come from the one server and may be incorrectly blocked for up to 24 hours.
