- Use the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility to remove a program that either failed part-way through the install and won't re-install, or if the installation files have become corrupted. Note this doesn't actually remove the actual program - just the installer files, so that you can start the installation, upgrade, or uninstall over. This can also be used in manual removal processes when required - eg. run the tool, delete the program folder, clean up the registry. (I found this install in the Kaseya KB, with instructions to re-install the BUDR agent)
